1501:41-3-21 Lake bottom
salvage.
No person shall
attempt to remove or shall remove any personal property from the bottom of
the waters of any area administered by the Division without first obtaining
the permission of the Area Manager. This rule shall not apply to fishermen
engaged in fishing nor persons within the submerged portion of a beach of
the Division, but fishermen engaged in the act of fishing with the aid of
snorkel SCUBA apparatus shall be governed by this prohibition insofar as
their actions are not directly connected with the act of underwater fishing.
