like your Faceplate newsletter subscription mailed, or an email address if
we can email it to you electronically. You will be billed $12 for a one year
individual membership.

Members of affiliated dive clubs may join through their club, but will
not be mailed individual copies of the printed Faceplate newsletter. We also
ask that any member who can accept an Adobe PDF file via email or download
helps the OCSSDI save postage and printing costs by accepting the newsletter
electronically.
